Our Design Process

We find that the traditional specify → design → deliver technique is poor at providing clients with what they want. After the product is delivered and real-world usability is tested, substantial rework is invariably required.

Instead, we employ a proven "grey-screen" agile, iterative approach. Our design process is a continuous, fine-grained interaction between the designer and customer. For example, we will work on the overall theme first in close collaboration with the client. Once this is settled, we proceed to the site outline, and only when this is to our client's satisfaction will we go on to fill in the detailed content.

Thus our client is able to see, test and approve each stage of the process before going on to the next. This greatly improves customer satisfaction and the usability and effectiveness of the finished site.
